The addition of a women's team to the New Jersey Blaze organization brings a great opportunity for ladies of all ages to get involved in the area's only soccer team. Fostering youth talent as well as older, more established players, the Blaze are debuting the women's U20s squad in 2011. Coach Erwin van Bennekom talks us through the new season.
